Night One
I didn't wake up magically pain-free. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to.
But I noticed something.
I wasn't constantly flipping my pillow around trying to find a comfortable spot.
That alone felt different.
After the First Week
I was still waking up with some stiffness. But mornings didn't feel quite as miserable.
Instead of immediately stretching my neck as soon as I got out of bed, I actually felt like I could ease into my morning.
It wasn't dramatic. It was gradual. But it was enough for me to notice.
A Few Weeks Later
This was the point where I realized something had seriously changed.
I wasn't thinking about my neck every morning anymore.
It had stopped being the first thing on my mind when I woke up.
That was huge for me.
Because anyone who's dealt with recurring neck discomfort knows how exhausting it is to start every day wondering,
"How bad is it going to be today?"
